Rum Boulevardier

E. León Jimenes 1903 rum is a great way to mix up your standard Boulevardier. The 6.5 years in ex-bourbon barrels and additional 1.5 years in sherry oloroso barrels provide for the perfect balance at an affordable price.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz 1903 Rum
  • 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • .75 oz Amaro
  • Orange Peel Garnish

Directions

  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass.
  2. Strain into rocks glass over large cube.
  3. Express orange peel and use as garnish.
